The business, originally located in Sturbridge,
Massachusetts, moved to neighboring Southbridge,
Massachusetts in 2003 with the acquisition of a
20,000 Square Foot mill building along the Quinebaug
River. The company renovated the mill building into
a three operation structure to accommodate the
warehouse, the workshop and their offices.
Over the last several
years Monaco Restorations has grown to become one
of the top structural restoration businesses in the
Northeast. An organization that owners, architects
and engineers have grown to rely upon fir historical
structural masonry challenges, Key managers, foreman and supervisors
have hundreds of years of “hands on experience” in the
masonry restoration field. This vast knowledge and
skill is funneled into each and every restoration
project that we do whether it is repointing or stone
replacement customers get the Monaco value.
The company has
successfully completed numerous projects that are on
either the Massachusetts State Register of Historic
Places, New York State Register of Historic Places
or the National Register of Historic Places.
The projects have ranged from cutting and re-pointing

a 8 year $40 million terra cotta roof repair and
replacement on the Capitol Building for the State of
New York.
The size and scope of Monaco Restorations’ projects
have varied over the years but the goal of complete
customer satisfaction continues throughout all
projects.

meticulous organization in the industry than Monaco
Restorations. We are passionate about what we do!”
