Interior Cleaning of Stonework
Monaco Restorations, Inc. can clean dirty stonework
inside of your building with no dust and
no water. Monaco uses a unique "peelable" latex,
that removes years of soiling and grime from:

The
latex peel an almost odorless latex dispersion that
is formulated specially for the internal cleaning of
stonework.
During the evaporation of the water, which is
present at less than 1% of the product, it
polymerizes into an elastic film that adheres to the
surface. Active chemicals are bound into the latex
which can then be peeled off, often without the need
for water.
There are many advantages to using latex peels such
as; no chemical aftereffects, highly efficient in removing years of
soiling, it discourages the migration of salts and
due to the absence of water there is no risk of
staining.

Monaco recently completed a 120,000
square foot interior cleaning of the
Great Western Staircase
located in the New York State Capital of Albany, New
York and received an award from the Preservation
League of New York.
